ORDER FORM
We request information from our customers on our order form. Here a user must provide contact information (like name and shipping address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill customers' orders. If we have trouble processing an order, this contact information would be used to get in touch with you, the customer.

OUR CANCELLATION POLICY
1. A company or individual may cancel a class without penalty by giving us written notice at least 20 business days prior to the scheduled starting date of the class.
2. A company or individual may reschedule a class or substitute the student without penalty by giving us written notice at least 10 business days prior to the scheduled starting date of the class.
3. If a company or individual cancels a specific class and requests a refund, without at least 10 business days notice prior to the starting date of the class, the company or individual will be assessed a 50% cancellation fee.
4. If a company or individual does not attend (no shows) a class. The company or individual will be assessed 100% "no show" fee.
5. If an attendee starts class but must leave due to a medical (for himself or his family) emergency, we will provide another seat in the same class without charge (applicable administrative, hotel, food, and courseware charges will apply).
6. We reserve the right to cancel class at any time. We will strive to give cancellation notice within 15 business days. If this happens, we will refund the class fee in full if a class cannot be reschdeuled. Our liability is limited to the class tuition only. We cannot be held liable for other related expenses not included in our tuition package such as airplane fare, rental cars and etc.
Cancellation policy for promotional tuition: Standard cancellation and reschedule policies above may apply along with the loss of promotional discount.

OUR SATISFACTION GURANTEE POLICY
Resit Policy: Students are entitled to “free tuition” to re-sit the same class type for up to on full year after the completion of the original training date. Students are responsible for the cost of hotel, meals, exam vouchers, courseware, books, pre-study material and/or administrative fees. In some cases, the resit seat will include food and other amenities, depending on the training venue.
